It’s true that high quality and good flavours go hand in hand. That’s why it’s natural for us to never budge on quality. Only the best is good enough, as we always say.
Our aim is to launch only products that are better than those of our main competitors. But how can we know? Through blind tests, of course. It’s the most obvious and frank way to know whether or not we have succeeded. In those instances where our competitors do not have comparable products, our own product must score at least a seven on a nine-point scale in independent tests. But we are not just satisfied with how it tastes. We are just as careful about the product’s appearance and its packaging and the service we provide ensuring they meet our customers’ demands. We don’t rest until we are 100% sure of the result.

The fact that we have already achieved such high targets is due to the focus on quality permeating the entire company. Our laboratories analyse and test aroma, flavour, appearance, consistency and product safety. Furthermore, we also consult independent laboratories for microbiological and chemical analyses. All our products are carefully tested before they leave our factories. We also train our personnel in product safety and quality issues.
As proof of our systematic work to ensure high product safety, during 2004 we initiated third-party certification of all our units. We have chosen to certify ourselves as per a standard called BRC. All three units have now received this accreditation.
